Zubkov – about his condition: I’m fine
The national team of Ukraine gathered to prepare for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against France, Finland and Kazakhstan.
“Everyone missed each other, the guys gathered in a good mood, everyone is positive,” Ferencváros winger Oleksandr Zubkov says in a comment to the UAF press service.
The player shared his opinion that this year, after qualifying for the World Cup, the European Championship will be held, after which the selection for the world championship will be held again.
“The schedule is unusual, all because of the coronavirus pandemic, well, nothing, we will get out of this situation”
Last week it was reported that Zubkov had an injury, but the player himself denied this information.
“I’m fine, there was no tour in the Hungarian Championship, so the coach gave me a rest, I gained strength and in a good mood”.
Note that one of the authors of ISPORT believes that Zubkov should go out pin up in the starting lineup against France.
